Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): Free on orders over ₹999; ₹99 for orders below ₹999
• Express Shipping (2–3 business days): ₹199 flat rate
• Overnight Shipping (1 business day): ₹399 flat rate

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our website or the carrier's website.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at shipping@supplementsdemo.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your products.

International Shipping

We currently ship within India only. International shipping options may be available in the future.
