We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with any of our dietary supplements or health products, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with the seal intact.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used supplement products
- Products purchased on sale or with a discount code (unless defective)
- Gift cards
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged product, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
